2. Using Our Website

Our website is here to tell you about us and help you get in touch. Here’s how it works:

When you bring your vehicle to us:

  • Booking: Call or email us to set it up. We’ll let you know what we need from you—like your car details.
  • Work Promise: We’ll do our best to fix your issue with professionalism and care, just like we’ve done for over 2,000 projects in 12 years.
  • Timing: Most jobs take a day or two, but bigger repairs might need more time—we’ll keep you posted.
  • Payment: We’ll agree on a price upfront. You pay when the job’s done, either in person or as arranged. No surprises.

We aim for 95% happy clients (our track record!), but if something’s not right, tell us, and we’ll sort it out.

4. Your Responsibilities

To make this work smoothly:

  • Give us accurate info about your vehicle and what’s wrong.
  • Bring your car to us at 17 Vaal Drive, Sylviaville, Vanderbijlpark (or arrange drop-off).
  • Pay what we agree on when the job’s finished.
  • Don’t ask us to do anything illegal—like tampering with emissions in a way that breaks the law.

We’re here to help, so let’s keep it straightforward.

5. Pricing and Payments

We’ll give you a quote before we start. Prices depend on the job—ECU coding might differ from a full TCM repair. Once we agree, that’s the price, unless something unexpected pops up (we’ll check with you first). Payment’s due when we hand your vehicle back, in cash or as arranged. No refunds once the work’s done, unless we messed up—and we’ll fix that if we did.

6. Warranties and Limits

  • Our Promise: We stand by our work. If something we fixed fails because of us within a reasonable time (say, 30 days), bring it back, and we’ll make it right.
  • What’s Not Covered: Damage you cause after, normal wear and tear, or issues from bad info you gave us.
  • Limits: We’re not responsible for things beyond our control—like if your car breaks down after we fix the ECU because of a totally different problem. We’ll do our best, but we’re not magicians.

7. Cancellations

Need to cancel? Just let us know before we start the work—no hard feelings. If we’ve already begun, we might charge for what’s done so far, but we’ll talk it through with you.

8. Intellectual Property

The stuff on our website—like text, images, and design—is ours (or licensed to us). You can’t use it for your own projects without asking us first. Same goes for our service methods—we’ve spent 12 years perfecting them, so they’re ours to keep.

9. Changes to These Terms

We might tweak these Terms if our services or the law changes. We’ll update this page and note the “Last Updated” date at the top. Check back now and then to stay in the loop.

10. Disputes

If something goes wrong and we can’t sort it out together, we’ll follow South African laws (since we’re in Gauteng). Let’s try talking it through first—give us a call before anything else.
